UK Trance Society Luminosity 2027 4-day ticket deal

UKTS is pleased to announce our 4-day ticket deal for Luminosity 2027. Based on current prices and exchange rates, our price is about £70 cheaper than the price showing on the Luminosity Events web site (after fees, and accounting for the exchange rate).

Our deal includes a 4 day ticket so you can enjoy the whole festival with all your UKTS friends. This ticket DOES NOT include the special 20th anniversary party at Beachclub Fuel on the Wednesday. If you would like a ticket to the Wednesday party, you can buy direct from the Luminosity Events web site here. 

This offer is for UKTS VIP Members only (ie those that have already paid the £12 VIP membership fee) - if you are not currently a VIP member you can join (or renew) for £12 by clicking here. When you come back to this page the price will be unlocked and you can then purchase a ticket. You can buy as many tickets as you like, including for your non-UKTS friends.

How does it work?

You purchase your ticket(s) directly from us at UK Trance Society and your details will be held on file until the tickets are released by the organisers. When we get the tickets we will send them to you as PDF file(s). Simply bring printed copies with you or store the file(s) on your phone so that they can be scanned at the main entrance (personally, I prefer to print them off in case you lose your phone or the battery is flat). You do not need to worry about changing the name on the tickets, they will normally say “Guest” or something similar. 

The tickets are normally sent to us 2-3 weeks before the event. We will send them on to you as soon as we get them, so make sure you have registered a permanent email address that will still be reachable in May/June next year.

UKTS has been doing this deal with Luminosity for many years now so you can be assured it is a legitimate scheme.

Why do I have to be a VIP member to buy a ticket?

UK Trance Society has been running for 12 years and is staffed by volunteers who give up their time to organise meetups, manage the new member requests on our meetup page, and devote countless hours to organising events. However the society does incur running costs, such as the meetup subscription, SoundCloud/Podbean subscriptions, domain name and web hosting fees. These used to be paid for by a small group of people out of their own pockets, which isn't really fair on them. Furthermore, running an event requires us to put down substantial deposits to reserve a venue or headline DJ - this money has to come from somewhere. The VIP membership scheme is a way for people to contribute a small amount to cover these costs and it's a way for people to say thank you for the friendships they have made via the society, and the jolly good times they've had at our meetups.

If you aren't a member, by all means join and get access to the discounted rate, but we hope you will also join us at some of our meetups and get to know us, rather than just using us to get a cheap ticket.

Terms & Conditions

1. The price is final and non-negotiable.
2. There is no limit on the quantity of tickets you can purchase.
3. Tickets are usually in the form of a “guestlist” ticket, they usually have a face value of 0.00 and will have a name like “Guest”.
4. Tickets are non-refundable. Once you have purchased a ticket you will not be able to ask us for a refund. However you may be able to resell it via ticketswap (although you will need to edit the ticket to change the name and price as ticketswap do not accept guestlist tickets). Or you can try advertising it in the Luminosity facebook group, or via the official Luminosity resale site - note that these options might not be available. The other option is to find someone within UKTS or the wider trance community to buy the ticket from you - there are always people looking for tickets closer to the event as the cost to buy them direct so close to the event is astronomical!
5. We will endeavour to deliver the ticket(s) to your registered email address, but if the email goes missing, gets lost or corrupted or is simply not delivered, it is your responsibility to contact us and request we resend it. If you contact us regarding a missing ticket, we will use details you have provided during your VIP registration (such as date of birth and address) to verify your identity before releasing the ticket to you. We will not release the ticket if we can't verify your identity. You can use the “Contact” menu at the top of the page to send us a message.
6. Whilst tickets are on sale, we reserve the right to alter the price of tickets to account for large currency fluctuations and card processing fees. If, after you have placed your order, we reduce the ticket price, you will not get a refund of the difference, similarly if we increase the ticket price, we will not expect you to pay more.
7. Any personal information you provide will only be used to process your order, this includes your email address, phone number and payment card details. Your payment card details are only used by our payment provider (Square) and are not stored on this web site.
